Ahhhhhhh, summer is here and in full swing...paid a visit to North Carolina over the weekend and Jon and I both were amazed at the number of houses sitting on the market...We feel blessed that the market is still very vibrant in Southern West Virginia...Anyway, congrats to Brad and Gina on their new home in Glade! Congrats to Lori and James on their new home in Daniels...Make sure to check out the new video of the "party house" that we just listed in Glade. It has some absolutely huge rooms. Price was reduced on that gorgeous property in Summers County...FYI....Jon thinks the house on Portland Trail (Glade Springs) is a great buy...Jon also has a couple of sleeper lots on the course that are CHEAP! Where else can you stop on the way to work and get a cast or two in before your day starts...Good Job Lucas Glover although I was pulling for Phil...
