Ahhh....WV land!

Is land making a comeback? In the mid 2000's we ran all over the place showing raw land in Southern West Virginia. As 2009 approached, all of that running around came to a grinding stop. You could look at a few reasons but I would guess the main one would be that banks didn't want anything to do with land. In the last two weeks, we've been back at it running all over the place showing land as well looking at some new opportunities...Land is back.
