Jon here...Just got back from a little trip down south to Daytona Beach and had a great time...Weather was cold down there too but no white stuff! Snuck a little golf in and I already got the bug...Guess while we were gone it continued to pour...After visiting Florida, I guess I come back a little more optimistic in our real estate market compared to down there...Boy is there a lot of stuff on the market down there...Looks like while we were gone not much happened...I guess when you have snow everyday, that happens...Just picked a new listing in Oak Hill next to the White Oak Country Club...These townhomes are decked out and golf membership conveys to a couple of surrounding courses...Not to shabby...Congrats to the Olympics...I thought they were more entertaining then previous or maybe it was just me...Stay warm!
